	The tips and tricks column is a place for people to really show 
thier smarts. Contribute any tips or tricks you may have that you figure 
may help anyone coding in C or C++, any subject.

	Note that the length should be quite short, if its going to be 
long make an article out of it and submit it to CScene magazine, at
